Working out of Kelowna, BC, I’m a graduate of the Culinary Arts program at the College of New Caledonia, where I trained under a trio of European-style classical Chefs.  My own culinary style has started moving in a more global direction, attempting to integrate and harmonize cuisine from a variety of different cultures.  If, as they say, “variety is the spice of life”, I want the spiciest menus possible!
